Famous experts of piston rings and doctor returned from America founded this factory in 1943. Since its establishment, Zhengsheng has been highly concerned by the government, and supported as the key enterprise of the country all through the time. In 1950s, Premier Zhou Enlai had received the leader of our factory. It is also the earliest one in China to introduce into advanced technologies, such as piton ring design, foundry, heat treatment, surface treatment, machining and quality control from Germany , Britain , USA and Japan . It has sent more than twenty groups of engineers and experts to German Goetz Company and British AE Company for training and communicating successively. The performances, material and quality of products manufactured in our factory are totally conformed to the standards of German Goetz Company.

This factory has ranked 158 th among the 500 top machine industry enterprises in China, and was awarded the State Second Grade Enterprise, and the Highest Quality Award in the national competition of piston ring quality.

In 1989 the Special Piston Ring Branch of Changsha Zhengyuan Engine Parts Co. Ltd was established as to satisfy different customers’ requirements. And for satisfying customers better, our factory was restructured and registered independently as a private company.
