Operating from a large modern factory, Zhengsheng is equipped with a wide range of specialist machines for production of piston rings of all sizes above Ø 140mm diameter. Available machinery includes turning lathes, milling and surface grinding machines. most of the key equipment are fully programmable CNC machines. The larger rings(over 350mm diameter) are produced using specially developed programmable CNC cam turning machines. These give Zhengsheng manufactured rings the advantage of a more exact fit in the cylinder which in turn gives faster bedding-in from new and prolonged lifespan.

Quality is of the highest importance to Zhengsheng and our customers .We have all types of testing equipment for piston rings: Direct-reading spectrograph which can make quick analysis at stokehold, Face profile measuring instrument, Keystone angle measure instrument, Keystone height measure instrument and etc.

On manufacturing, Zhengsheng is of high level with many advanced technologies: Individual casting, cam turning, special periphery lapping, AE hard-chromium-plating process, Ceramic Chrome Plating and so on.

Using of new materials:

In Zhengsheng, different new types of materials are used and the quality of new materials have reached to international advanced level. For example: heat-resisting and wear-resisting Vermicular graphite iron for modern 2 Stroke engines; metal ceramic, the newest piston ring material with good performance on oil storage, reducing cylinder abrasion and good mechanical properties for high strength diesel engines.
